Manager’s Dram has been lovingly crafted by our Distillery Manager, Ian Renwick. In his 25 years at the distillery, Ian has always been an integral part of our production team. Drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience, Ian now holds responsibility for the creation of every drop of our New Make Spirit through to the Warehousing and bottling of our Single Malt.

MANAGERS DRAM RELEASE NO.1

Nosing notes:  

Warm smouldering OAK EMBERS, entwine in a soft embrace with SWEET RIPE ORANGES, TOFFEE APPLE and a hint of DARK CHOCOLATE.

Tasting notes:  

Warm CITRUS and RICH DRIED FRUITS, sweet smouldering HEATHER thickens in the mouth with a smooth velvety lingering finish.

Nosing notes:  

Windswept MOORLAND PEAT, with CARAMELISED TOFFEE aromas combine in harmony with DRIED RAISINS, VANILLA CUSTARD, and indulgent DARK CHOCOLATE ORANGE.

Tasting notes:  

WARM CURED OAK with a pinch of SEA SALT, mingle with DARK FRUITS & SWEET RIPE ORANGES, leading to a long smooth finish.
