The Glenturret 25 Years Old is a limited expression created from only four casks stowed in our traditional Dunnage warehouses. Exclusively matured in first fill European and American oak sherry seasoned casks, this beautifully elegant whisky expertly balances classic toffee apple tones from our new make spirit with opulent wood character. The resulting single malt is a complex fusion of flavours delivered only by patience and skill.

Tasting Notes

A lively introduction on the palate led by WOOD SPICES. OAK has a soft depth, clean at first then mature. A little ANISEED. CINNAMON BUN and SWEET PASTRY with a scattering of DARKER FRUITS. GINGER slowly mellows giving time for FRESHER FRUITS to appear with OAK, this time in a richer guise as it drifts to a SUBTLE, SWEET SPICY FINISH.
