The Glenturret International Woman's Day Release Reaches Auction Sum of £260

The Glenturret International Woman's Day Release Reaches Auction Sum of £260

We are thrilled to announce the success of our bespoke International Women’s Day release, which raised £260 for The Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women initiative.

To commemorate this year’s International Women’s Day (March 8th), we auctioned off a bottle of our 12-year-old single malt, featuring a bespoke label showcasing the names of all 33 female employees currently on the team at The Glenturret. The label was created in collaboration with Amy Jacobs, an Edinburgh-based graphic designer with whom The Glenturret has previously partnered and the auction was hosted by The Whisky Auctioneer.

The funds raised, totalling £260, will contribute to The Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women initiative, established in 2018 to empower young women facing disadvantage and adversity to transform their lives. Through the collective efforts that The Princes Trust provides, more young women get the support they need to build confidence and pursue opportunities in jobs, self-employment, education, or training.

At The Glenturret, we are committed to supporting initiatives that promote gender equality and empower women to reach their full potential. Thank you to everyone who participated in making this initiative a success.
